I have scheduled teh exam Today 9th August 2026 9:30PM IST, I received first link for langsmith access. But I didnot received the link for the Exam. I emailed to certification-support@langchain.dev But no response, Almost 1 hour 15mins gone for my Exam.
I need support/help/guidance from langchain team.

Sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you and for the disruption this has caused to your exam.
I can confirm on our end that your LangSmith workspace was provisioned successfully and the LangSmith access email was sent to you as expected. The second email should have come from our exam vendor, I’m reaching out to them now to understand why it didn’t arrive and I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
Once we figure out what happened, we’ll reschedule a fresh exam slot for you at no additional cost. In the meantime, could you double-check your spam and promotions folders in case the vendor’s email was filtered there?

I want to apologize, as I just located the exam email. It was sent by Talview two days ago. Because of the exam pressure and my expectation of a new link right before the testing window, I completely overlooked it. I was devastated last night, sitting in front of my screen from 9:00 PM onwards and frantically refreshing my inbox, not realizing the email was already there.
I have spent weeks studying day and night for this certification because agentic AI is incredibly important to my career. I am deeply sorry for my oversight and for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Since you kindly mentioned the possibility of rescheduling, I would be extremely grateful for a fresh exam slot. Please let me know how I should proceed to book the new time.

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience last time you took this exam. I had shared a discount code over email with you a few days ago which you can redeem for a free resit. You can use the previous portal that you used before to schedule your new time slot.
