[Feature request] YDB vector store integration

Hi! Last year, we implemented YDB vector store for python langchain YDB integration - Docs by LangChain

YDB is a versatile open source Distributed SQL Database.

Right now, I’d like to implement JS version of vector store.

Please let me know what is missing in this PR to start the review process. Looking forward to add PR for documentation as well

community package was moved out from langchainjs repo, so I moved PR as well

Hello @vgvoleg , thanks for the PR. If you have followed the guidelines, a maintainer will soon review the PR. Since there are alot of developers, and thousands of PR, it takes some time.
