When I use the Software Engineer template and try to start a chat, I get this error message:
Sandbox creation is restricted to the main LangChain organization.
What am I doing wrong?
I realized there is a setup page on the Integrations tab of the Fleet for “Computer” and I tried to set it up but now when I refresh it briefly shows me a computer card and then disappears. You can see that here: CleanShot 2026-05-14 at 16.39.15 · CleanShot Cloud
@hbradlow thanks for flagging, seems like this page shouldn’t have been reachable. This should now be fixed. Should you see this persisting, can you please create an issue at support.langchain.com so we can pick up it?
Ok that page is hidden now but that didn’t solve the problem with Langsmith Fleet chats crashing out with a sandbox error.
I just filed a ticket on the support page.
