I feel its super hard to share/sell agents. Like either you have to share the whole source or you pretty much need to setup a full business.
So right now I am working on this: Package agents into an encrypted token, that can be executed, but the internals/flows stay encrypted. So its possible to get paid per run while the flow stays protected. So you can “wrap” your agent and get paid per execution.
Would love to get some feedback.

Really, no one wants to buy “an agent”. They want you to solve their problems. If you use an agent, cool. If no one will buy from you, you’re either not solving a problem they care about, or they don’t believe that you can solve their problems. And really, if you’re just taking off the shelf tools, without any further customization, you’re probably not solving a problem they care about.

The idea of Sentic AI is to sit one layer lower. Its about providing infrastructure to allow agents (which could be B2B service-oriented Agents/AI Plugin, but could also be other types of Agents) be wrapped, deployable and transferable. So the business-logic is a layer above that. So in your example, if an AI Plugin provides a ROI → Sentic makes it safe to roll out, license, resell etc. without dev-overhead
