Why did anthropic roll back the latest version? Shouldn’t it be going to 1.0.1?

IMHO the latest tag is pinned to the most recently released version by default (excluding pre-releases)
But I don’t think the 0.3.x series is compatible with the 1.x series of the core langchain libraries. Seems they should have cut over and released 1.0.1. I guess unless they were fixing a bug in the 0.3.x series for those still on the older version.
They are not compatible, thus you have to define the versions explicitly to avoid issues from that mismatch since often the default behavior of the managers is that they fetch the latest, not the highest
