Query pay-as-you-go option on developer plan

Hi, I am new to all this and have just started creating my agent on the developer option. I have hit the 5 LCU limit and looking at the developer plan again you can then select pay-as-you-go. I would assume then that I should be able to continue? Not so. When I queried this on the chat, the response was: ‘Even though you have set up a payment method for pay-as-you-go, the free Developer plan includes a hard limit of 5 LCUs per month for Fleet usage that pauses new runs once exceeded rather than automatically billing you. To continue using Fleet beyond the free allowance, you need to upgrade your organization to the Plus plan, which includes 25 LCUs per month and supports additional pay-as-you-go usage.’ So, if this is the case, what is the point of offering pay-as-you-go? When I put this in the chat - no answer

Hi, @9958!

On the developer plan, the pay-as-you-go option only applies to traces. So the purpose of putting down a card is so that you can go over the 5k traces per month limit.

The developer plan is hard capped at 5 LCUs for fleet usage.

As you noted, only on the Plus plan does pay-as-you-go apply to LCUs (and traces, for that matter).

Hope that helps!

Thanks. I appreciated your response. Just a bit puzzled as the pay-as-you-go tip I clicked is right by the 5 LCU limit; hence I assumed this would be for this.
