A colleague of mine sends me links to traces, threads etc. but whenever I open them it goes to the login screen… When I login it just goes to the homepage so I am always losing the specific link to the trace. Is there some issue with this? I send them links and it works fine.

@Cruppelt Is that a Public link that your friend is sharing, if yes can you share that link here?

Hey @Cruppelt, as @keenborder786 pointed out, you’d want to use a public link in this case. This is how you can share a public trace link. Alternatively, if you’re part of the same org and workspace, you should be able to access the trace link without making it public.

I think there is bug then… We are in the same org and workspace. I don’t want a public link with client data etc
@Cruppelt ask your colleague to copy the entire link from the browser, and you should not face this as long as you are already logged in.
