LangSmith signup stuck on activation screen

Hi LangSmith team,

My team is evaluating LangSmith but we’re unable to complete signup. After signing up with Google and reaching the activation/product selection screen, the process hangs indefinitely.

I’ve tried the following without success: Chrome (normal and incognito), Safari, and signing in with GitHub instead of Google. All attempts end at the same activation screen (see screenshot above).

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you are on Mac can you do a hard refresh using Cmd + Shift + R and try again.

Yes, I’m on Mac, and when using **Cmd + Shift + R on the page, it will step back to the previous step, as in the screenshot below.

I use my personal gmail (not company email) account to evaluate LangSmith. Would this be an issue?
