I appeared for certification but missed passing marks. I need retake code (as stated in guide) to appear again. Please help me asap as i want to give it before i start for a trip.
I have sent mails to certification-support@langchain.dev but waiting for response.

How long did it take? My first attempt was on 5th Oct. I sent an email to “certification-support@langchain.dev” on the 6th after receiving the confirmation. Is there anything else I should do or just wait it out??
Do a follow-up , worst case also add support@langchain.dev .. I got response same day

Hi all, sorry for the slow responses here, and thanks @anandsinha1991 for helping others out in the meantime. We used to point people to certification-support@langchain.dev, but that’s changed and we didn’t make it clear enough unfortunately.
For your free resit code, you can file a support ticket with Home | Support : Proctoring & Certification Support. Each exam purchase includes one free resit, and once you have the code you can book through the same portal you used for your first attempt.
